Scott Piercy PREC

Scott Piercy is a renowned Victoria based realtor and real estate Advisor with over 16 years of experience in the industry. Born and raised in Victoria, B.C. on Vancouver Island. Scott started his career in real estate as a sales agent for a local brokerage firm. His natural talent for sales and his dedication to his clients quickly earned him a reputation as one of the most promising agents in the business. Within a few years, Scott was able to start his own brokerage firm as a Licensed Partner with Engel & Völkers Vancouver Island, Engel & Völkers Calgary with business partner James LeBlanc, which he grew into one of the most successful and respected firms in the City. Scott has now also endeavored on opening a new Engel & Völkers shop in Palm Springs/Palm Desert. Over the course of his career, Scott has been involved in some of the most high-profile residential real estate deals in BC. Including the two highest priced private home sales on Vancouver Island and private Island off of Vancouver Island.

Outside of his work in real estate, Scott has been active in his community, serving on the boards of several local organizations and charities. As Scott looks back on his 16-year career in real estate, he is proud of the many accomplishments he has achieved and the countless clients he has helped to achieve their real estate goals. Alexa Mogg PREC

Born and raised on Vancouver Island, Alexa moved to Victoria to attend the University of Victoria to complete her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. Upon graduation, Alexa moved to a Senior Financial Advisor role where she managed a large portfolio of clients, who put their trust into Alexa as their investment advisor, retirement planner, and mortgage advisor. Alexa also operated her own small business franchise where she developed marketing strategies and project management skills. Her personal portfolio of investment properties and renovation projects demonstrates Alexa’s passion for real estate. Alexa was able to easily transfer her professional and personal knowledge and skill set to a career in Real Estate.

Alexa believes communication to be of the utmost importance to any relationship. She is always available by phone, text or email. She enjoys guiding first time home buyers and all clients throughout the process of buying or selling. A major focus in her practice is to take the stress off her client’s plate so that they may enjoy the process of buying or selling more.

When she is not working you can find Alexa walking her Newfie-Doodle puppy, staying active, practicing meditation or cooking at home. Alexa’s core values include reliability, exceptional customer experience, and integrity. Alexa looks forward to working with you and sharing her knowledge of the Victoria area.

Brendan Somers

Born and raised in Oak Bay, Brendan has a strong knowledge of the properties and neighbourhoods throughout the South Island Region. Sports have played a large role in Brendan’s life, which afforded him baseball scholarships at colleges in Texas and Oregon. Brendan returned to Victoria to complete his degree in Marketing. While at school, Brendan worked in the service industry as a natural fit for his outgoing personality. In addition, Brendan was the head of marketing for a University of Victoria start-up. The determination and work ethic that Brendan has acquired throughout his athletic career, combined with his previous work experience have heavily influenced his high business acumen.

Outside of work, Brendan lives an active lifestyle and can often be found at the Victoria Golf Club or at the gym. He looks forward to continuing to build relationships throughout the Greater Victoria community as he establishes himself in the real estate industry.

Karl Russell

Karl grew up in Williams Lake, BC. He joined the Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) after high school, moving East to study at the Royal Military College of Canada in Kingston, where he obtained a French language profile, a BA with history Major, and Captained the Men’s Soccer team. Throughout his 15 years of service, he lived across Canada, achieved the rank of captain, flew tactical helicopters, and was employed in strategic planning roles.

Karl left the CAF in 2017 to focus on his family and support his wife in pursuing her career as a surgeon. Together they moved to beautiful Victoria, BC which had always had been a dream of theirs. Karl went back to school and obtained an MBA at the University of Victoria, specializing in sustainable innovation. The MBA program helped Karl identity new interests: market research, brand strategy, and business planning. He began working as a consultant with expertise in these areas for small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Karl’s passion for continuous education and love of real estate propelled him towards becoming a licensed real estate advisor. Karl specializes in marketing strategies for luxury homes, military relocation, and investment properties. Karl’s diverse work experience, education, and tailored approach to buying and selling real estate set him apart from his peers. Karl regularly volunteers with non-profit organizations that directly support community celebrations, affordable childcare, military relocation, and shelters for the homeless.

Eimer McGrath

Eimer began working with the LeBlanc Piercy Group in January 2020 and has quickly established herself as an integral part of the team. As team manager, she thrives in the high paced environment and ensures everything is organized and that clients receive top tier, individualized care. Born and raised in Quebec, Eimer later attended University there, studying International Politics and Business.

Eimer brings a wide range of experience to the job including project management, interior design, business ownership and extensive world travel. Eimer moved to Victoria 20 years ago, with her husband to raise their two daughters and they love living by the ocean and the small town feel of Oak Bay. Outside of work, Eimer enjoys spending time staying active in the outdoors, entertaining and time with friends and family.
